Never use manure fresh when applying it to your organic vegetable garden. The nitrogen content is way to high, which puts your plants roots in jeopardy of being burned, damaged or even lost.

Your best bet is to mix the manure in with your home composting and let everything commingle for the appropriate amount of time. The result will be some very fertile organic garden fertilizer that will help you grow the best organic vegetables that you have ever produced.
